This location special for staff friendly she have nice smile this soi have the bar to drink for a Night life and near beach go there by walk maybe 10 minutes and near Night market banzaan,jungceylon shopping mall.

What was the highlight of ACCA Patong

Not worth it.

Nothing really. It was really mediocre, bed was ok but pillows were terribly uncomfortable. Staff didn't seem to care about much and the room itself was quite dirty with marks all over the wall.

Staff, dirty walls, just a general feeling of regret of booking the hotel. For the price paid there are plenty of other hotels nearby with much better rooms. The whole place is basically falling apart.

Very nice stay

-location is nice as it is close to bangla road and patong beach. -room was clean and well lit - the reception is very open and pleasant/ comfortable to relax if you don't want to sit in your room.

There was no balcony/ view from room. The hair dryer was small and not powerful enough to dry hair

I booked in acca hotel but they shift me to sea cono hotel I know its the same owner ,However the price online was cheaper than acca I asked for refund but they declined and there attitude was so bad I will never stay there again

For the first clean and nice rooms.

For the first clean and nice rooms. Very friendly and nice service. Location means you are close to everything in Patong, so you can find most of the thinks you want close to the hotel.

Small thing, bring some earplugs because in some of the rooms you can hear the busy city, but it gets silent with earplugs.

the staff there was very friendly which make me felt completely comfortable speaking with her. the location of the hotel was very near shopping mall and night markets that made it very convenient.

the place was a little noisy at night but still bearable

I stayed in this hotel before a few years ago and I chose it because it was very clean nasty presented on has good staff if you're looking for a hotel close to Bangla Road Far Enough away to have a quiet night sleep then this is the one for you it is a five minute walk to Bangla Road I'm to the shopping mall

In all honesty there is nothing I did not like personally I chose this hotel because of location on value for money if I have to criticize anything I would say that's I was on the side of the hotel with a balcony that is rides application to the hotel so is aerial view and there is no swimming pool to be honest with you I got a very good deal so I cant complain

Cheap, convenient but unsafe

Close to Bangla rd and the night life. 24 hour reception, and cheap

Poor security in the room with a push button door knob. No dead lock from the inside. Stank odour in the room and quite a delay before the aircon kicks in. Poor quality shower shoots sideways as well as down getting you wet before you even step into it!

5 minutes walking distance to Jungceylon, Bangla Walking Street and 10 minutes to the beach. The staffs are really friendly, manage to have a good laugh or two.

I have nothing to complain about this hotel. Excellent AA++ from staff until cleanliness . Hotel very nearby to everywhere..Bangla road..the mall & the beach. Not too noisy here. Halal food is everywhere. No worry if u miss n or Indonesian food.
